This policy aims to enhance labor mobility in North America and presents an excellent opportunity for highly skilled workers and their families to explore new horizons in Canada.
Essential details of Canada's just launched H -1B visa
The H-1B visa is an employment-based, nonimmigrant visa that allows US companies to hire graduate-level workers in fields like finance, IT, architecture, engineering, and medicine. The visa is available to individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. The application process is employer-sponsored, with a limited number of visas available each year.
According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), this provision will remain in effect for a duration of one year or until the limit of 10,000 applicants, excluding family members, has been met.
