Can I Apply for Study Permit With My Family?

Are you thinking of studying in Canada and have a spouse and children you would like to accompany you but not sure if it is possible?

To keep it simple, it is absolutely possible to study in Canada with your family accompanying you.

Our client, Mr. Ety booked our PR & Study Consultation where he had a session with our consultants on the options to immigrate to Canada. At the end of the consultation, based on their family profile and current immigration trends, studying in Canada was the perfect option for Ety and family. At the end of the call, it was decided that Mrs. Ety would be the one coming to study in Canada.

Funds available: We calculated the minimum funding requirements at about $45,000 CAD and requested that they exceed the minimum amount required by IRCC. They reviewed their savings and investment which exceeded the minimum required 🥳!

Proof of Ties: With the Family's plan to accompany Mrs Ety to Canada, we still needed to show very strong ties to their home country. We worked with them to show the family ties as well as assets that will remain in their home country while they study in Canada.

This application included a strong and convincing study plan as well as a representative submission letter from our Lead Consultant.

An application for a Study Permit for Mrs Ety, work permit for Mr. Ety and Visiting Visa for their kids was submitted in June 2021. Approximately 3months after submission, this application was approved.
