Consultant
InfoPlace Canada is a Canadian Immigration and Education Consulting firm helping immigrants come to Canada through various immigration programs. We are looking for a skilled, analytical, reliable and experienced Business Manager to join our team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise administrative officers to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties

Act as the second level check for completed applications
-
Utilize case preparation/management tools effectively and efficiently
-
Track and update applications and provide caseload reports
-
Manage client follow ups and consultation including overall client management and satisfaction • Set up & maintain filing systems, utilizing knowledge of legal records & procedures & frequently controlling confidential materials & documents

Plan and coordinate IPC processes

Ensure all deadlines are met

May perform other duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
An asset: knowledge on other Immigrant and Non-Immigrant programs including Express Entry based programs, Provincial Nominee Program, temporary residency permits like work permits, student permit and all PR relevant applications.
MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Diploma or Para-legal or
Immigration Consultant Diploma or
Bachelors Degree in any field with related work experience or combination with experience
Must be legally authorised to work in Canada.
WAGE
$18 - $22
