Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) – Remote Location: Fully Remote (Must be willing to travel for seminars) Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission Benefits: Health benefits & pension available Job Description: We are seeking a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote role, but the ideal candidate should be open to occasional travel for industry seminars and client engagements. As an RCIC, you will provide expert immigration advice, assist clients with applications, and ensure compliance with Canadian immigration laws. Your role will involve handling a diverse range of cases, from skilled worker applications to family sponsorships and business immigration. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on Canadian immigration programs and policies. - Prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend pathways. - Stay updated on changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures. - Represent clients in communications with IRCC and other relevant authorities. - Participate in seminars, workshops, and networking events as needed. - Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications & Requirements: - Must be a licensed RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Canadian immigration consulting (preferred). - Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, family sponsorship, and other immigration pathways. - Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines. - Willingness to travel for professional seminars and events. This internship provides hands-on experience in client interactions, sales, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about our services. Assist in scheduling consultations and maintaining appointment calendars. Support the sales team by following up on leads and engaging potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and video content creation, with an understanding of Canadian immigration processes being a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning courses on various immigration applications (e.g., study permits, work permits, permanent residence, spousal sponsorships). Create instructional videos, interactive modules, quizzes, and downloadable resources to enhance learner engagement. Understanding of Canadian immigration processes (preferred but not required). Strong project management skills and ability to work independently. Experience with instructional writing, script development, and storytelling techniques. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn marketing. Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
