This is a fully remote role, but the ideal candidate should be open to occasional travel for industry seminars and client engagements. As an RCIC, you will provide expert immigration advice, assist clients with applications, and ensure compliance with Canadian immigration laws. Your role will involve handling a diverse range of cases, from skilled worker applications to family sponsorships and business immigration. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on Canadian immigration programs and policies. - Prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend pathways. - Stay updated on changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures. - Represent clients in communications with IRCC and other relevant authorities. - Participate in seminars, workshops, and networking events as needed. - Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications & Requirements: - Must be a licensed RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Canadian immigration consulting (preferred). - Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, family sponsorship, and other immigration pathways. - Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines. - Willingness to travel for professional seminars and events.
